Youkyung Son started career in field of architectural design in 1996, and currently working in architectural engineering.
Her most representative project is 'Lotte World Tower', the world's 5th tallest skyscraper in seoul, Korea, completed in 2017. She had managed the project from construction beginning to completion, and has been working in facility management.

Currently, as the managing director of LOTTE P&D’s Engineering&Safety Division, she manages all of pre-review, design, permit, construction, facility, and safety of new projects.
