Mr. Zheng Ye has twenty years of project design and development management experience. Mr. Zheng joined Parkland Group in 2012, held the position of Principal Architect and now the General Manager of Design and Research Development Center. As the leader of the design team, Mr. Zheng’s role with One Shenzhen Bay involves all phases from project orientation, design, construction and completion. He is most familiar with the design concept and technical details of this project, and he will tell some interesting inside stories from the project construction process. One Shenzhen Bay is a 470,000 sqm iconic mixed use project with office, hospitality, residential and retail.

Mr. Zheng Ye is a First Class Registered Architect, and graduated from Tongji University, School of Architecture.
