Xu Li, Vice President, chief architect of Suzhou Zhongnan Center. He is also the first class registered architect in China.
He served as the chief architect and technical director of comprehensive Class A design Institute in the early years, and he was also the vice president of the design department at ZOINA land group.
He led the overall planning, urban design and most of the architectural design implementation of nantong Central Business District with an area of about 2.5 million square meters, including Nantong Jinshi International Hotel which is the highest building in Nantong and large commercial complexes such as Zhongnancheng Shopping Center.
He has in-depth research on safety and convenient traffic system design in super high-rise building. After more than ten years experience in architectural design and real estate management , along with the independent and comprehensive management of multiple projects, make him accumulated the experience in market positioning, product R&D, marketing promotion, construction development and operational delivery etc., in consequence he has a more profound understanding in client demands for products, technology realization and economic cost control.
