With as sharp cognitions of the front trends of architectural design and various development types, he is capable of effectively integrating high-end resources to facilitate a remarkable escalation of value in commercial properties by architectural design. Mr. Ai leads a research team to explore an interaction between technical and commercial value in order to facilitate good design as good business. Mr. Ai got his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Tongji University.
