Wing-Pin (Winnie) Kwan is a Partner at Leslie E. Robertson Associates (LERA). Winnie has played an instrumental role in the structural design of many of LERA’s landmark buildings. She served as the Project Manager for the 492m Shanghai World Financial Center in China, which won numerous awards including the Best Tall Building Worldwide Award from the CTBUH in 2008. She was involved in the structural design of the 555 m Lotte World Tower in Seoul, Korea, as well as the 118-story tall KL118 tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Winnie has directed numerous projects in China, including the structural design of the 430m Chongqing 101 Tower, the 300 m OCT Shenzhen Tower, the 300m Jinan Zhong Hong Plaza Lot 18 Tower, and the Suzhou Museum; as well as the peer review/value engineering of the 530 m Guangzhou East Tower, the 470 m Chongqing Shui On International Trade and Commerce Center, and the Wuhan…
