Wing-Pin (Winnie) Kwan is a Partner at Leslie E. Robertson Associates (LERA). Winnie has played an instrumental role in the structural design of many of LERA’s landmark buildings. She served as the Project Manager for the 492m Shanghai World Financial Center in China, which won numerous awards including the Best Tall Building Worldwide Award from the CTBUH in 2008. She was involved in the structural design of the 555 m Lotte World Tower in Seoul, Korea, as well as the 118-story tall KL118 tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
