William (Billy) Howell, PE, LEED AP, is the Country Manager for Turner International in Thailand with a combined background in structural engineering and construction management. With expertise in tall buildings, Billy has designed and constructed projects around the world.
Starting his career in 2000, he was an associate at Leslie E. Robertson Associates (LERA) in New York and later a Technical Director for Meinhardt in Singapore. Some of his completed projects include the Bitexco Financial Tower and Pullman Saigon Centre in HCMC, the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, and he was responsible for the concept design of the Statue of Unity in India.
Residing in Bangkok, Billy was the Project Director for the Nimit Langsuan project and is the project director for the Dusit Thani (Dusit Central Park) redevelopment. As Country Manager, he leads the business development and operations of Thailand. …
