About

Mr. William (Billy) Howell, PE, LEED AP, now with Turner Construction in Seattle, U.S., was the former country manager for Turner International in Bangkok, Thailand. Billy has a varied background in international construction management and structural design. Formerly, he was an associate structural engineer at Leslie E. Robertson Associates (LERA) in New York and a technical director for Meinhardt in Singapore. Billy has designed and constructed projects across the world. Noteworthy projects include the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, Qatar, the Statue of Unity in Narmada, India, the Bitexco Financial Tower in HCMC, Vietnam and MahaNakhon and Nimit Langsuan in Bangkok, Thailand.
