Wei CHEN, National first-class Registered Architect, Senior Architect, is one of the current vice general managers of A+E Design Co., Ltd. He participated in a number of grand-scale projects as project manager, and won over 40 prises of national/ provincial/municipal levels, one of the “Top-Ten Young Architects in the investigation and design industries of Shenzhen ” title awarders in 2009.
