Victor Istanto joined Cbus Property in 2004 and brings over 25 years of experience in the Australian property sector with strong expertise in commercial, residential, and major mixed-use projects from inception through to completion. In his role as Development Manager, he has delivered the one40william development at 140 William Street in Perth. He then led the procurement of 5 Martin Place, Sydney and secured the pre-commitment (Medibank) of 720 Bourke Street, Melbourne. Istanto oversaw Cbus Property’s 311/313 Spencer Street office complex for the Victoria Police as well as being responsible for the development management of 447 Collins Street.

Victor Istanto now forms part of Cbus Property’s Executive Leadership Team, driving the company’s development growth strategy and leading its development management teams nationwide. Prior to commencing at Cbus Property, he worked for an International Construction company in the delivery of a variety of projects, including commercial office, hospitals, shopping centres, educational facilities and high rise apartments.
