Cao Xuan Tuan has more than 30 years of experience in construction engineering, including executing, managing, consulting projects all over Vietnam. He has managed projects for Meinhardt (Vietnam) - a branch of Meinhardt Construction Consultant Australia, for Que Huong Liberty group (HCM city) and other companies; with prominent constructions in HCM city, such as Novotel Hotel, Pullman Hotel, Saigon High Tech-park, etc.

Currently, he is known as the Deputy Director of Project Management Office, cum QAQC Manager at Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company (HBC), from which he directly involved in quality assurance/quality control all HBC’s projects, including Saigon Center- HCM city, DEUTSCHES HAUS-HCM city, Vinhome Central Park- HCM city, Estela Heigh-HCM city, Ecopark Hanoi, Imperial Sky Garden Hanoi, JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa- Phu Quoc, etc.

Tuan graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology Vietnam, where he obtained the B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.S of the same major. Beside ensuring the constructions quality, Tuan’s vision is to transfer knowledge and inspire young generations of engineer through technical training and guiding career path for both site engineers from HBC and students from some Universities of Technology in Vietnam.
