Maarsen Groep is an independent, privately owned RE development firm in The Netherlands. Ton
Boon heads the development department and has been working with Maarsen Groep for over 13
years.

Maarsen Groep - together with long-term partner Zadelhoff Beheer - had a major role in the
development of Zuidas, the high-end international knowledge and business centre in Amsterdam –
The Netherlands. Other projects recently developed by Maarsen Groep include the Robeco head office FIRST Rotterdam, the Kraft Heinz NL-headquarters NoMA House and various residential
projects in the greater Amsterdam area.

Ton Boon holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Housing (Technical University Delft),
successfully finished the Master of Real Estate (University of Amsterdam) and is a member of the
Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
