He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of property development across the office, retail and residential sectors. Tom also has a broad knowledge of the overall property development process including site selection and acquisition, planning approvals, design and project management, sales, marketing and leasing and construction management.

With 18 years of experience, Tom has held various roles within the construction and development industry.
