Tim Winstanley AIA, RIBA, is a Senior Architect at AS+GG working across a range of typologies including cultural, supertall towers, and large scale mixed-use developments including two world Expositions in 2017 in Astana Kazakhstan and the upcoming Dubai World Expo 2020(+1). Tim leads some of the most complex design efforts at AS+GG and combines his on-site construction experience to solve constructability issues to ensure the design vision is executed correctly. Most recently, Tim led the design efforts for the Al Wasl Trellis – the centerpiece of the Expo 2020 followed by two years (2018-2020) in Dubai leading the construction supervision through completion of the Al Wasl Plaza & Trellis– the centerpiece of Expo 2020.
