Tim is a founder and Group CEO of Profica, a professional services company providing construction and property solutions. Tim holds over 25 years hands-on, across sector experience of the management and delivery of large, high profile and complex projects in the Property, Construction and Civil Engineering industries.
Tim gained experience working for a top tier listed contractor in South Africa. Thereafter, he was exposed to international project management in Europe, before founding Profica in 2005. He is an executive member of the Association of Construction Project Managers. He has successful projects across many sectors, inclusive of retail, office, industrial, residential and mixed use.
Tim has grown the Profica business over the years with a strong footprint, local offices and presence throughout Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond.
