Mr. McCool has over fifty years experience as a leader in the construction industry, with over fifteen years in international construction markets. He has a Masters Degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University in the US and has been a leader in development of Construction Management theory and application. He has been active for more than twenty years in the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, where had served on its Advisory Group. Mr. McCool was the Vice President and Regional Manager of Europe for Turner International, stationed in Moscow, the Russian Federation.
