Thomas is the Managing Principal of the Chicago office and a member of the Executive Committee of Perkins Eastman. Recognized as a strong and knowledgeable leader in the design and development communities worldwide, Thomas has overseen the design of signature projects in the United States, Europe, Asia, Middle East and South America. Prior to joining Perkins Eastman, he was the CEO of Hillier Architecture, Senior Director of Design at Tishman Speyer Properties and a Managing Partner at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.
Following the CTBUH 9th Annual Awards Dinner & Ceremony, the CTBUH Leadership team met again bright and early on the campus of the IIT in Chicago for their annual Leaders Meeting.

Marshall Gerometta Wins the 1st Annual CTBUH Golf Tournament
The first CTBUH Annual Golf Tournament took place and after all score cards were turned in, CTBUH's database editor Marshall Gerometta emerged as the overall winner.
