As a creative and innovative professional, I am passionate about shaping the future of our cities and creating communities that enrich lives, with an emphasis on people, purpose and place. I have a demonstrated history of working in the property development, architecture, planning and academic industries.
In my current role as Senior Consultant / Senior Development Manager at Level Six Venture Management, I bring over 13 years of experience in managing, developing, designing and delivering projects across the commercial, residential, retail, education, industrial and public sectors. My expertise includes assets audit, acquisition and due diligence, feasibility studies, concept and design development, construction and procurement delivery, client and consultant interface and multi-sector projects.
I am a hands-on professional who has worked with many of Australia’s major government and International commercial institutions including John Holland, Charter Hall, Investa, AMP Capital, GPT, LaSalle, QIC, Landcom, TAHE and Wing Tai Properties HK, offering balanced strategic solutions. I deliver successful outcomes, minimise my clients’ exposure to risk, and add value throughout all stages of the development lifecycle.
My organisational and communication skills make me a strong leader in managing successful projects not only through the feaso and design phase but also in marketing and delivery. My proudest achievement to date is designing and delivering the boutique mixed-use commercial project 275 George Street Sydney and other tall buildings including Cockle Bay Park Sydney, 151 Clarence Street Sydney, Providence Bay Hong Kong, etc.
I am also a New South Wales registered architect (9918) who is enthusiastic about teaching and learning, serving as an guest lecturer at the University of New South Wales in Master of Property Development and Master of Architecture, while participating in the Property Council of Australia (PCA), being an educator at Australian Property Institute (API) and committee members of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) across Sustainability Assembly & Construction/ Contractor Assembly.
