Busuttil is Director of constructsteel, the steel construction market development programme of the World Steel Association. Between 2012 and 2017 and since he joined worldsteel he was responsible for monitoring economics trends and their impact on the global steel industry. From 2008 to 2012 Busuttil formed part of the Commercial Coordination & Marketing team at ArcelorMittal, London and was responsible for translating economic variables and their impact on ArcelorMittal’s activities. Busuttil holds the MSc in economics and econometrics from the University of Warwick, UK.
