Teik Yean’s professional journey started in 1985 as a civil engineer in Singapore. After working as a project manager for a builder on a diverse range of high-rise buildings, he started working for developers. He frequently distils his broad-spectrum engineering and construction experience to conceptualize solutions for projects at the outset. Teik Yean heads the projects department at Tuan Sing Holdings Limited, the developer owner of their flagship 18 Robinson development.

A parent of a special-needs child, he is sensitive towards universal design for user-friendly buildings throughout all stages of the project. Teik Yean is passionate on all things analogue, and a self-professed vinyl junkie.
