Mr. Chan is Director, Projects of Hysan Development Company Limited and responsible for the Group’s development and project management function in regard to major property investment as well as significant refurbishment projects.

Mr. Chan has accumulated extensive experience in developing, designing and managing high quality and sustainable building projects. This includes the 40-story Hysan Place, opened in 2012, which was the first mixed-use office and vertical mall in Greater China. It achieved the highest “Platinum” certification by USGBC’s LEED-CS standard and obtained the ULI 2013 Global Award for Excellence. His Lee Garden Three project is expected to reach completion in 2017.
