Stephen is Director of the 125-strong Hong Kong Global design team where he has molded the studio into a Global Centre of Retail Excellence. Here he leads and contributes to major projects in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Australia.

Stephen is recognized as a leader in innovative mixed-use projects and has contributed to writings and conferences on urban development and terms of reference for value assessment of physical environment. Publishing on the topic of vertical retail in “Treasure Towers,” 2008 led to development of projects including Cubus and The ONE, recognized as leading examples of integrated vertical retail developments.
