Simon has over 30 years experience in design, construction and operation of mechanical, electrical building services systems for commercial, industrial, institutional and special purpose building projects. He has been with the Beca Group for 27 years having previously worked for a number of years in London. He has moved through the Beca ranks from a mechanical engineer to senior Technical Director for Buildings. Positions he has held include working in the Singapore office, secondments to client’s construction teams in Indonesia, leading the Auckland Building Services group, and leading the offshore design work for building projects in Indonesia. He is a director of Beca’s Indonesian company.
