Simon has almost 20 years experience working on a variety of projects with high profile clients and consultants within the UK. His experience covers commercial, residential, retail and life sciences in both new build and refurbishment projects. He has brought a practical understanding to sustainable design to a number of projects including the Wood Wharf development within the Canary Wharf estate and Hobhouse which was winner of the Institution of Structural Engineer’s Sustainable Leadership Award in 2020. He is also an active member of ConcreteZero, a global initiative led by Climate Group in partnership with World GBC, that brings together pioneering organizations to create a global market for net zero concrete.
