Shen is the National Development Director for Investa, one of Australia’s most recognised developers, owners and managers of prime real estate. He brings 25 years experience in aligning commercial realities and urban design priorities to create landmark developments across Investa’s $12bn real estate portfolio and national development pipeline. Shen is also one of Investa’s innovation champions and a strategic thought leader on current and future use of property technology. In additional to leading the team on CTBUH award winning Sixty Martin Place, Shen also recently received the Property Council of Australia’s Development of the Year 2020 award for Barrack Place (Sydney).
