Shannon Testa is Lease Crutcher Lewis’ Director of Commercial Construction. With Lewis for the past 14 years, she has focused on Lewis’ larger jobs in Seattle’s urban core, including high-rise commercial office and residential construction. She led the construction of the Rainier Square Redevelopment project since its inception in 2014, shepherding the project from its initial design as a traditionally-built high-rise, to vetting and fine-tuning the first-of-its-kind “speedcore” structure, to actually executing the project onsite.
