Serge has an accomplished history of leading the development of high-rise, mixed-use and hospitality projects. Currently as Senior Vice President, Development Director with the Goldenberg Group, he is leading the development of a 1.5 million square foot, mixed-use project in Philadelphia.

In prior experience Serge served as Vice President, Development with Liberty Property Trust where he played a key role in the development of the Comcast Center (ULI Award of Excellence, 2009 and CTBUH 10 Year Award, 2018) and the Comcast Technology Center (ULI Global Award for Excellence, 2019 and CTBUH Best Tall Building 300-399 m, 2020) in Philadelphia.

Serge’s previous experience includes leadership positions with Saraya Aqaba Development Company in Amman, Jordan and Mubadala Development Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE where he was responsible for several multi-billion dollar master planned mixed-use developments. Serge transitioned to development after a career in architectural practice where he led the design and execution of several large-scale civic projects. He has also served as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Drexel and Temple Universities.

Serge holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University and a Master of Architecture from Syracuse University in Florence, Italy. In addition, Serge has presented and served as panelist for both professional and academic events in the topics of urbanism, design, development, and construction.
