Sebastian Fellner, born in 1988, heads the construction site communications department at BCC communications consultancy in Frankfurt am Main. He represents construction and infrastructure projects to the public. He was a research assistant until September 2017 and a student assistant at the Schader Foundation from 2013 to 2016. In December 2016, he completed the master's degree in Governance and Public Policy at the Institute for Political Science at the Technical University of Darmstadt. Before that he studied social and communication sciences at the University of Augsburg.
