Sean Fine is an Ontario and California licensed Architect with more than 15 years’ experience. He has worked on a broad variety of project types including, airports, rail stations, museums, courthouses, large multi-family residential buildings, tenant improvements, historic preservation and adaptive reuse.
Sean’s strength lies in his approach towards solving a project’s unique programmatic opportunities; evaluating the program and working with stakeholders to optimize the design. He believes in the importance of a detailed site analysis that includes social and cultural issues, learning how the project is financed, and the most relevant construction methods for the best possible design.
