His 25+ years’ experience spans commercial, institutional, health care, heritage, recreational, industrial, residential, and neighbourhood development in Canada, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. Scott has broad expertise in building enclosures and façade systems, high performance buildings, deep retrofits and decarbonization, existing building repair and renewal, roofing and green roofs, and integrated design. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Building Science Specialist (BSS), and Certified Engineering Technologist (CET), Scott helps bridge the traditional gap between Architectural and Engineering disciplines. Scott is also a frequent public speaker on topics such as façade and enclosure design, high performance buildings, sustainability and carbon, and existing building retrofits.
