Sam Cuccurullo has over 30 years experience in property management services. Sam is the Director responsible for Property/Asset management operations in Asia Pacific and sits on the Global Executive Committee for Asset Services.
Sam was instrumental in winning the management of the ING Office & Industrial Funds, DEXUS and Challenger—some of the largest outsourcing assignments in Australia. During Sam’s career he has commissioned numerous tall buildings.
Currently Sam’s responsibilities extend to overseeing the Asset Services business line in Asia Pacific which has a conservative market value of over AUD $100 billion; 3,000 properties and 5,400 personnel.
Sam is also assisting with the strategic advice and direction globally for the CBRE business line, and sits on the Asia Pacific Strategic Group, the leadership group that drives the CBRE business regionally.
