Sam Asher is a Director of WT Asia who leads Infrastructure and Real Estate solutions. Sam has been working in the industry since 2005 working in the UK, Middle East/Africa and now Southeast Asia (SEA), currently based in Singapore.

His experience expands across the infrastructure sector including transport (namely road, rail and aviation), border facilities and data centres sectors. Sam’s ASEAN experience has expanded into the real estate sector including advisory on embodied carbon management, life-cycle costing (LCC) and total cost of ownership (TCO).
