Ryan Fetgatter has fifteen years experience in the real estate development business since graduating from The University of Virginia. Ryan started his career at Opus in Washington DC managing development, construction, and leasing for downtown office towers. The great recession took Ryan to Austin, Texas where he has been since 2009. Between 2010 and early 2018, Ryan led development projects for Aspen Heights, which started with low density student housing in markets across the United States and evolved into spearheading multiple downtown Austin high rise residential projects. Ryan joined Lincoln Ventures in 2018 to support ongoing student housing projects and grow a multifamily platform.”
