Ronan Farrell is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and serves as the Head of Design at Tide Construction. He is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects, from planning and design through to construction and handover. With a strong background in architectural design and project management, Ronan has successfully delivered several high-profile, pioneering developments, demonstrating expertise in modular construction and innovative design solutions.

His notable projects include College Road in Croydon, one of the world's largest co-living schemes, and 101 George Street, the tallest modular buildings in the world.
