Roger Ma is an Assistant Director and the General Manager of the Planning and Design Department of Wharf China Development Limited.

A 35-year veteran on large scale projects, Roger has led the planning and design of a number of commercial and residential development projects for Wharf.

His notable past projects include the Times Square in Hong Kong and the Wheelock Square in Shanghai. His latest endeavors are a series of International Financial Square (IFS) projects in different major Chinese cities. These IFS projects are mega mixed-used complexes of retail mall, offices, hotel and service apartments with super high-rises ranging from 300m to 450m. Suzhou IFS is the latest IFS being completed.
