Since joining the firm in 1996, Mr. Weindel has been involved in the design and development of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems across a wide range of projects, including cultural facilities, educational institutions, multi-use commercial developments, and financial facilities. His responsibilities include project management, coordination, design, calculations, and preparation of construction documents.

Among his more notable projects in the cultural sector are The Shed, the Museum of Modern Art expansion, and the Ronald O. Perelman Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center. In addition to the redevelopment of the landmark James A. Farley Building, now known as Moynihan Train Hall, and the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center expansion, his commercial high-rise experience includes World Trade Center Towers One and 7 as well as 7 Bryant Park.
