Reshma has over 7+ years of diverse professional engineering experience comprising of 1 year as a structural engineer and 6 years in wind engineering. She has worked as a Senior Project Engineer for 6 years in the field of wind engineering.
Her key responsibility in the organization was to perform Structural and Cladding wind load studies and to investigate and develop new procedures that helped in the organization's growth.
Reshma has worked cohesively with the team to bring up solutions to complicated issues from a consultant’s perspective, quality assurance (QA) for Cladding wind load projects, performing structural wind load study on tall buildings using the High-Frequency Force Balance and Pressure Integration, client interactions/meetings on several challenging projects. In addition to her extensive scientific and technical capabilities, as a LEED Green Associate, Reshma brings considerable knowledge in green building and sustainability concepts and practices.
Over this time Reshma has personally undertaken all types of wind tunnel and desktop studies of high-rise buildings, statues, and airports around the world, including many landmark projects.
She is the advisory council member of the Building Code Board of Adjustments and Appeals (BCBAA) at Sarasota County, Florida.
Given Reshma’s well-rounded experience, she is well-positioned to serve as Associate Director to assist clients in the USA, operating out of Windtech's New York office. The expansion of our North America office extends the value we deliver to our clients.

• Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering (University of Kerala, India)
• Associate Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (A.M. ASCE)
