Raymon is a Principal and Technical Director based in Gensler's Shanghai office, Raymon has more than 20 years of experience in architectural design in China. Raymon specializes in high-rise buildings and has completed a wide range of large-scale projects across the mixed use, retail, commercial office, and hospitality industries, Such as Suzhou Zhongnan center, Shimao Fuzhou 108 tower, Henderson Xuhui tower, etc. As a Registered Architect of PRC, Raymon leads his team to deliver exceptional projects through the full construction process, from concept design to construction administration phases. His approach to successful project delivery is based on incorporating technical requirements with design and developing innovative solutions to complex construction issues. He enjoys communicating with clients, collaborating with consultants and understanding how buildings are utilized by their users. As a Regional Design Realization Leader for the Greater China region, Raymon oversees technical leadership and is responsible for establishing technical standards across the region, with a strong focus on documentation and delivery, construction administration, quality assurance, quality control and educational programs.
