Graduated masters degree in innovation management, Ramona Schmid has gained extensive experience in business transformation, change management, moderation, sales and network management. She started her professional career after her bachelors study in advertising psychology as a digital marketing manager with the Whirlpool Corporation and left the company in a leading position in order to pursue an academic career in innovation management. After starting at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the financial services field, she quickly moved to the real estate business with Drees & Sommer, becoming responsible for the international networking and dialogue initiative. In this position she gathers experts to exchange on topics like district development, urban planning, ESG, climate mitigation and highrise.
