Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, Pierre-Yves Guice is a Civil Servant. He started his career as Head of the Studies and Social Housing Builders Control office in the Housing Ministry.
In 2007, he joined the Urban Development Ministry where he lead urban public authorities and especially worked on the first law of the Greater Paris.
In 2010, he was appointed Secretary General of the Bordeaux-Euratlantique public authority and therefore contributed to France’s largest urban renewal project outside of the Greater Paris.
From 2012 to 2015, he was appointed Development and Real Estate Director of the Public authority in charge of University Development in Paris Region, where he was in charge of large rehabilitation and construction projects for universities.
