With over 20 years of architectural experience and design practice in France, the UK and the USA, covering all types of programs, Philippe Monjaret coordinates and designs large, complex and innovative mixed-use developments to the highest environmental standards.

He also contributes to CTBUH’s France Chapter activities, to timber construction and regulation think tanks and committees, and to various fire-safety workshops, alongside Fire specialists and Timber design and industry leaders. Monjaret is concerned with the development of future mixed-use, medium-rise regulations with institutional groups, to develop the use of timber in construction, including high-rises.

His active projects include the 100,000 square-meter Bruneseau Seine carbon- and energy-driven development under planning application in Paris East, as well as the design of the 14,000-square-meter mixed-use People Connect project in Grenoble and the competitive dialogue to design the future headquarters of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs.
