Dr. Paul Friedli is both a PhD in Electrical Engineering and an MD. Twenty-five years ago he invented of the world's first practical destination control system for elevators and has continued to innovate in this field ever since. This work led him to the realization that urban mobility holds the key of the topology of the cities of the future and can enable radical urban lifestyle improvements to be made.
