Paul has a MBA in Finances before specializing in the cultural field. In 2001, he was responsible for creating the European heritage sector arm of an international group and ran their French and Italian companies. Today, Paul is an expert in the financial and economic aspects of projects. His long experience has given him a thorough knowledge of the challenges of all types of cultural institutions internationally.
Paul's background is of particular value in the preparation of budgets for the planning and design of exhibitions, for feasibility studies concerned with the management of cultural institutions and their facilities. He is also experiences in giving economic and financial advice to contracting authorities throughout concept development, investment, technical appraisal and the analysis of the architects' plans.
