About

As a DPLG architect, he is the driving force behind the creation of the Emergency Architects Foundation, which he has been directing since 2001 and representing for over 20 years. He has overseen all infrastructure and housing reconstruction projects that Emergency Architects have implemented for over two decades in around thirty countries such as Haiti, Peru, Colombia, Pakistan, Chad, the Philippines, Indonesia, and many others, following major natural disasters or conflicts that devastated these countries.

He has contributed to various international publications and has also personally authored three books published by l'Harmattan: "Emergency Architects: A New Humanitarian Profession," "Journey of a Rough-and-Ready Architect," and more recently, "Let's Stop Amateurism in the Name of Emergency."
