Patricio has 18 years of experience in managing, executing, and developing projects. His expertise lies in commercial and residential real estate, with ventures in Sonora and Nuevo León. Patricio started developing commercial real estate and later transitioned to include apartment buildings. Through his work, he strives to create a positive impact on the lives of the people residing in the properties he develops and the surrounding community.
Patricio holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from ITESM and an MBA from IPADE Business School
