Olaf Nieuwenhuis is a seasoned real estate professional with a solid educational foundation in law (LLB) and a Master of Real Estate, both obtained from the University of Amsterdam. Since joining Kroonenberg Groep in 2005, Olaf has advanced to become a key member of the management team, currently serving as Director of Development. In this role, Olaf is instrumental in overseeing and executing development projects that enhance the company’s diverse real estate portfolio across Amsterdam and beyond. Additionally, Olaf contributes expertise as a commissioner at AFAS Software, providing strategic oversight and guidance.
