About Nick Naderi

After graduating Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto with a passion for tall buildings, Nick Naderi found himself in the construction management world, specifically for high-rise residential projects. Today, Nick is a Director of Operations at Mattamy Homes and leads his team through the project cycle from start to finish.

Working within a construction management team on the development side, Nick has gained experience in all aspects of the project progression. This includes involvement as early as land acquisition/risk assessment through to construction and eventually turn-over to the purchaser and technical audit. The process in its entirety can take upwards of 5 years. This has allowed Nick to gain a holistic and well-rounded understanding of all facets of a project life cycle.

During his time at Mattamy (formerly Monarch), Nick has led the development of buildings as small as 4 storeys and as large as 56 storeys, each with varying budgets and risks – as well as unique challenges. He continues to grow within his position, constantly striving to make an impact in residential construction, especially in the always-active Toronto landscape. Nick is very excited to bring his expertise to the CTBUH Canada “Future Leaders” Committee.
