Nick is a major projects and development director for Mott MacDonald in New Zealand and provides input to projects across the Asia, Pacific & Australasian region. He is also regarded as a tall buildings specialist, with his background in structural engineering.

Has been in the construction sector since 1994 and is a chartered structural & civil engineer engineer with tall building experience in New Zealand, Australia, the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Korea and the Middle East.

He has a particular expertise in the implementation of innovative supplemental damping systems into tall buildings to optimise their response under dynamic excitation. He has also been involved in the design review of numerous tall buildings from a constructability and value engineering perspective.
