Nicholas is a Partner at Fletcher Priest, recognised for his leadership in delivering award-winning projects across workplace, retail, residential, and mixed-use sectors. Since joining the practice in 2011, he has played a pivotal role in some of its most complex and impactful developments, including One Exchange Square, Angel Court, and Woodberry Down.
Currently, Nicholas is co-leading the development of a 45-storey tower in the City of London, with a major emphasis on transformative public realm and social benefit. A strategic thinker with international experience in London and New York, he thrives at positioning projects to deliver social, economic, and commercial value. Nicholas is a committee member of the UK Chapter of the CTBUH, and an active member of the BCO.
