Nelson Liew is Group Director of New Estates in JTC, a government agency in charge of industrial development in Singapore. At the New Estates group, Nelson oversees the master planning, design, development and operations of smart, sustainable, and liveable business and industrial parks, including the Punggol Digital District, Jurong Innovation District, Woodlands North Coast, and one-north. Prior to joining JTC, Mr Liew was Director for Leasing in the Singapore Land Authority and had taken on various portfolios including Leasing of State Properties, Land Acquisition, Geospatial Planning & Policy, and Enterprise Risk Management.

Mr Liew graduated with a BEng in Civil Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge, UK.
