About

Neil Stonell is Grimshaw’s Melbourne Managing Partner and a member of Grimshaw’s Global Operations Group. With extensive experience across a variety of building sectors, Stonell has been instrumental to the delivery of many complex projects for Grimshaw, and the creation of vibrant and cohesive places that enrich urban life. In addition to Olderfleet, these projects include 664 Collins and 699 Bourke – two unified workplace towers that span a city block, 24 meters in the air above the western edge of Southern Cross Station.

Stonell is currently overseeing City Rail Link, the largest transport infrastructure project ever undertaken in New Zealand.
