Natalie is one of Australia's very few environmental psychologists, a job title her mother is sure she made up! Which might be true. In any case, she has specific expertise on the workplace design of the future and its impact on cities, and is considered a Place User Experience expert. She has helped organisations use their workplace as a tool for transformational change for the past 20 years. For the past 5 years, Natalie has been General Manager of Workplace and Change at Lendlease.
